Andrew is a Senior Associate at Lovein Ribman, P.C. Andrew has extensive litigation experience representing injured Texans, and has achieved successful results for clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Andrew has represented clients in over a dozen jury trials, as well as multiple arbitration proceedings, and has helped recover millions of dollars in damages through jury verdicts and settlements. His experience handling injury cases includes collisions involving 18-wheelers and other commercial vehicles, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, injuries caused by negligent construction practices, product defects, and other serious injuries caused by corporate negligence and malfeasance. Andrew’s experience also includes litigating business disputes, employment litigation, and complex constitutional issues. This additional experience gives depth and dimension to his skills above and beyond those possessed by many personal injury attorneys. Whatever the issue, Andrew relishes the opportunity to aggressively pursue the best outcome for his clients. Prior to practicing law, Andrew received his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law where he was a Senior Research Editor on the West Virginia Law Review — the fourth oldest Law Review in the United States. In addition to law review, Andrew competed in national law school competitions, and received multiple awards for outstanding academic performance. When he is not advocating for his clients, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
